Hot stamping / forging technique is employed to carve the products from slate to finished products, followed with a certain quality of finish to give it a mirror like reflection.

Foundry, the basic process in casting the required products is a backbone for shaping the products. Melted metal is poured into the moulds to obtain the desired shape.

 

Sand Casting/ Foundry:

The process of making the articles with the help of sand & soil by pouring the molten red hot metal into the metal dyes of particular size & dimensions is called as sand casting.

This process came into existence when no other innovative technologies & die casting machines were available.
It is mostly employed in making certain class of products like cabinet knobs, handles, hooks, & many other curtain related accessories.

Hot stamping/Forging

Hot stamping/Forging –:

A manufacturing process mainly involving the force of compression to cast a product into a regular desired shape. This particular process of forging is also referred as Press forging.

The main advantage of press forging is that it completely deforms the required work piece in one shot. Also it allows to control the strain rate which helps in understanding the nature of force required for a particular kind of product.

 

Turning-:

Turning can be better understood by taking an example of peeling an orange. This process is used to carve the product into its original form by taking off the unwanted metal from its surface.

The product is made to rotate inside a turning lathe externally governed with a motor & with the help of tools the excessive metal is peeled off.

Polishing-:

Polishing is the final step in enhancing the quality& finish for the products. A group of experienced polishers along with best buffing composition beautifies & adds elegance till the surface shines like sun.
